Account Application

Thank you for contacting us.  Please read the following notes and then follow the link below to the new account application form.
Please note that you must fulfil one of the following criteria:
  • You are an established and currently trading retail shop primarily involved in the sewing or craft business and with commercial premises which sells products for sewing, craft or similar use (please provide this address to us)
  •  You are a manufacturer operating from commercial premises (please provide this address to us) producing products that incorporate fabrics or sewing related items.
  •  You are an online business which is currently trading (ecommerce enabled) from your own web domain ( e.g www.mybusiness.com ) which sells products for sewing or craft use or produces finished products on a commercial basis.
  •  You trade at national retail shows (please provide the organiser name). 
 
Please note that we must be able to ascertain you run a business that meets our criteria in order to proceed with opening an account.  Minimum requirement for consideration of an account is an own domain website that is ecommerce enabled where we can view your products  and / or business (no holding pages please).  
 
We cannot open accounts for businesses only selling through or running :
  • Third party platforms
  • Social media sites
  • Private groups (including facebook)
  • Auction sites
  • Seller platforms
  • Websites that re-direct to other third party platforms
 
Please note our minimum order value is £250 ex vat on first orders.
