You can of course phone or email your order, but we will still email an order confirmation to you so you can be sure you’re getting exactly what you ordered.
How long will orders take?
Orders generally ship in 2 days assuming the stock is available. Can I order products that are out of stock or for future release?
Yes, just add the product to your order and we will backorder it for you. What does "Pack Quantity" mean.
As a wholsaler, we sell many items in multiples of single units. So for example a bolt of fabric may have a pack size of 7 and since it is priced and sold by the metre, this is both the minimum amount you can order and also the multiple (7mtrs,14mtrs, 21mtrs, 28 mtrs etc).
Alternatively perhaps, bulk elastic may have a pack size of 1 which means that you need only order 1 as a minimum. So you cn order any number you wish.
If for example you wanted to order thimbles and the pack size was 5 you would have the option of ordering 5,10,15, 20 ... as required.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
We place a green tick or red cross against each product to show if it’s in stock or not. If it’s out of stock and on order with our supplier we’ll give an approximation of the numbers of days until available. You can also opt to be notified when stock arrives. Shipping?
We’ll calculate the shipping as you order depending on your location and the order value. Backorders do not incur carriage for UK orders where the original order was over £150 ex vat, international orders will incur carriage at cost. You can check shipping rates by choosing the option from the information menu once your password is set up. How do I pay?
There are a number of options for payment which are shown at the checkout stage. We do not take payment at the time of ordering but will contact you once we have processed your order with a payment request. If your order is for products that are for a future release date and you’re pre-ordering you will not pay until the goods are ready to ship. You will only invoiced for items available immediately.
