This chubby baby bear was designed for new sewers. He is easy to sew, with no complicated arm or leg joints. He sits up on his own and has a very wide, totally flat, single-piece tummy—perfect for displaying images from t-shirts or baby clothes. He also features a 12.5 cm (5 in) square grid on the tummy piece and a 10 cm (4 in) square grid on the foot pads, giving plenty of space for embroidery or names and dates.

Recommended fabrics: Most fabrics work; for best results use quilting cottons, knit/stretch fabrics like fleece or cuddle.
