When can goods be returned?
Procedure
Items incorrectly sent by Hantex
Please call 01754 820800 or email service@hantex.co.uk quoting your business name and invoice number. Tell us what the incorrect item(s) were and we'll arrange for the correct item(s) to be sent and we'll also email you a courier label and arrange for a courier to call and collect the incorrect items at our cost.

No longer required
All sales are final and we do not offer a sale or return service. If you have ordered in error and report the error to us within 48 hours of receipt we will try to help. Please do not send goods back to us before contacting us first. All returns are handled by us using our courier which we will arrange once a decision has been made. Shipping costs for returns must be borne by the customer.
